Using the game
Biscuit Maker Games grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the game for private entertainment and authorised testing. You may not sell, sublicense, redistribute, reverse engineer, interfere with or commercially exploit the game except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Releases and updates
Around the World: Grand Tour is publicly available on Google Play. Features, balance, compatibility and availability may change with updates. Please share useful feedback at our support email, but do not upload confidential information in feedback reports.
Accounts, progress and availability
The game does not require an in-game account. Progress is stored locally on your device and may be lost if the app is removed, storage is cleared or the device is damaged. We may update, suspend or discontinue parts of the game or test programme when reasonably necessary.
Advertising and third parties
The Android version may show advertisements supplied by Google Mobile Ads. Ads and external links are operated by third parties and may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Please read our Privacy Policy for information about advertising data.
Ownership
The game, website, fictional vehicle names, code, original graphics, sound selection, written material and branding are owned by Biscuit Maker Games or used under applicable licences. Vehicle designs and names are fictional and are not endorsed by real-world vehicle manufacturers. Google Play, Firebase, YouTube and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners.
Fair use and conduct
Do not use the game or website to break the law, harm others, distribute malware, bypass security, manipulate the testing programme, or interfere with services. Test access may be removed if it is misused.
Warranty and liability
The game and website are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Biscuit Maker Games is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a test build, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
